Multiplayer Version

Multiplayer version has lots of new features and fixes. Emotes, location pings, name tags, distance based sound, higher resolution assets and new settings. I even made the jump work correctly.  The server will generate a config file when you run it, but it works with the default settings, just be warned that no password will be set until you set it.
